The Kredku Score is your live professional reputation — a number from 0 to 100 built from 7 real signals: your ratings, how many jobs you have completed, your trust verification, repeat customers, response speed, portfolio, and profile completeness.
It is designed to be fair for every type of skilled worker — whether you are a mehendi artist with 150 bookings, a water tank cleaner with 20 jobs, or a cameraman who shoots 10 weddings a year. The formula adapts to your trade, not the other way around.

What Builds Your Score
Seven components, each worth a fixed number of points. Total possible: 100.
Weighted average of your customer ratings (1–5 stars). New profiles build confidence gradually — a 4.8 from 50 reviews counts more than a 5.0 from 2 reviews.
Points grow on a log curve so your first 20 jobs matter most — fair for a cameraman who shoots 10 weddings a year and a mehendi artist who does 200 bookings.
Verify your phone (level 1) and Aadhaar (level 2). Each level adds trust points. Any worker can reach level 1 in under a minute.
The share of customers who book you again. The single strongest signal of real-world trust — customers who come back don't lie.
How reliably you reply to enquiries. Replying within a few hours keeps this high. Install the Kredku app so you never miss a message.
A small bonus for adding photos of your work. Great for painters, carpenters, photographers and mehendi artists — optional for plumbers or tank cleaners.

How often is my Kredku Score updated?
Your score updates after every review submitted by a customer. It also recalculates when you add verification, update your portfolio, or improve your response rate.
Can my score go down?
Yes. A low rating pulls the Reviews component down. Slow replies drop your Response Rate. The score reflects your real current performance, not a peak from a good month.
Is the score fair for trades that don't do many jobs?
Yes. Jobs points use a log curve — your first 20 jobs give the biggest jump. A cameraman who does 10 weddings a year and a mehendi artist who does 150 bookings can both reach excellent scores because Reviews and Repeat Customers weigh more.
Is my score visible to everyone?
Your score is shown on your public profile. You can see the full per-component breakdown — including which factor is lowest — in your private dashboard inside the Kredku app.
Do I need to add portfolio photos?
It's optional. Portfolio is only 3 points. For a plumber or water tank cleaner it's rarely worth the effort. For a painter, carpenter or photographer, a few good photos make a real difference to clicks.
What score do I need to appear in search?
Your profile needs to be at least 60% complete to appear in search results. Score above 75 gets you into the top results for your city and category.
