Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Kredku platform. By creating an account or using any Kredku service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kredku (“we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of the Kredku website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Account Registration

To access most features, you must create a Kredku account. When registering:

2You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or gain unfair advantages is prohibited.

4You must verify your mobile number and, for professional accounts, a valid government-issued identity document.

5Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, share, or transfer your account to another party.

3Professional Profiles

Professionals on Kredku maintain a public profile that forms their digital professional identity. By creating a professional profile, you agree that:

Accuracy

All skills, experience, certifications, and qualifications you list must be genuine and verifiable.

Portfolio Content

Photos and documents uploaded must be your own work. You must have rights to all content you upload.

Public Visibility

Your professional profile, Kredku Score, and reviews are publicly visible by default.

Verification

Kredku may verify any information on your profile. Unverifiable claims may be removed.

Profile Updates

You are responsible for keeping your profile current and accurate at all times.

Content Rights

By uploading content, you grant Kredku a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

4Subscriptions & Payments

Kredku offers a free tier for all users and a paid Professional subscription for workers and businesses.

Pricing

The Professional subscription is available at an introductory rate of ₹19/month for the first 3 months, thereafter ₹49/month. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Kredku does not store your card or bank account details. By subscribing, you authorise Razorpay to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You will be charged on the same date each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.

Refunds

Subscription fees for completed billing periods are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact kredku.support@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate.

Free Tier

Free accounts can create a profile and appear in search results with limited visibility and features. No payment information is required for the free tier.

5Reviews & Ratings

The review system is central to trust on Kredku. All participants must adhere to the following review standards:

Only customers who have completed a documented interaction with a professional may leave a review for that professional.
Reviews must be honest, first-hand accounts of actual service experiences. Fake, incentivized, or defamatory reviews are prohibited.
Professionals may not solicit, purchase, or exchange reviews. Doing so will result in review removal and account suspension.
Kredku uses algorithmic fraud detection to identify review manipulation. Flagged reviews are investigated and removed.
Professionals may respond publicly to reviews. Responses must be professional and must not contain personal attacks.
Disputed reviews may be reported. Kredku will investigate and may remove reviews that violate these standards.

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Kredku platform:

Impersonating another person or entity

Creating fake or misleading profiles

Scraping, crawling, or automated data extraction

Circumventing our verification systems

Posting illegal, defamatory, or offensive content

Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users

Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform

Misrepresenting qualifications or experience

Using the platform for fraudulent transactions

Reverse engineering or copying our software

Spam messaging or unsolicited commercial communications

Violating applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans, and may be reported to law enforcement where applicable.

7Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support at kredku.support@gmail.com.

Kredku reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy. Your publicly visible reviews will remain on the platform to preserve the integrity of the review record.

8Limitation of Liability

Kredku provides the platform as a professional identity and discovery service. We do not employ, supervise, or control the professionals listed on the platform, and are not party to any agreement between professionals and customers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kredku and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Kredku in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) INR 500 (or equivalent).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Users outside India are subject to the laws of their respective jurisdictions to the extent applicable.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana, India.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at kredku.support@gmail.com to attempt resolution. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days.
